It starts with Mike and Megan Davis, Owners of Back East Bar & Grill. A local watering hole/sports bar in northern Colorado Springs. Open for over a decade and always popular. They carried Back East's success into two more locations. One in Monument and one in Denver (16th & Champa)

Almost seven years ago they hired Chef Steven Bailey to take over the kitchen, update the menu and create specials. Steven worked in Martha's Vineyard and Palm Beach Florida learning all he could from some very talented chefs.
Eventually they all got together to combine their skills and ambition to open up a Gastropub. Trying to bring some fun and class to the North End of town. Offering elevated drinks and a creative, fresh menu to an area that desperately needs culinary salvation.
